I have seriously lowered my expectation for food service lately but this particular Firehouse always comes through with the BEST and FASTEST customer service! Plus the food is always sooo good! The whole team here should be celebrated!

Took 20 minutes to get order, people who came in after me got there order before me, was not busy, 2 in restaurant in line before me, only a couple of people sitting with meal or waiting. Love the

The girl taking my order spoke so quietly I had to ask her to repeat some things. I'm a senior with some hearing loss and asking someone to keep repeating is embarrassing and frustrating.
