Food was hot and good but these young girls one in particular claims her name was Bre whom worked the drive thru at approximately 6pm had a very nasty rude attitude n needs to go to customer service classes.. there was no problem with my food it was just her nasty attitude having to take the order and ask for napkins a spoon and hot sauce n my receipt paid she slammed the window just because I guess she was irritated by me asking for these things. I have gone to their drive thru a few times and was told to come in because the window wasn't working. Told them no thanks and left. Today I went to the drive thru and was told that they couldn't take cash but I could use my card. No thank you. The bank was in the same parking lot so I went and got change for a 10.00 and went back only to see him give the car in front of me their food and money back. Last night after I got of work, I decided to take the family out for dinner. I thought well, I haven't had KFC in awhile we should go there. My wife agreed, and so we went. When we arrived, my wife went in with the kids to get seated while I used the restroom. I walked into the restroom and slipped ,landing on my tailbone. There was no wet floor signs anywhere! KFC offers excellent service with hot and good food. The food is always hot and served with a smile, and everyone is working as a team, resulting in minimal wait times. However, despite some great experiences, there have been issues, such as burnt macaroni n cheese and delays with online orders. The interior can be uncomfortably hot, making it hard to eat inside. Parking is limited for pick-up orders, so it's suggested to use mobile ordering. While the manager is polite and helpful, some staff could improve their friendliness. One drive-thru worker displayed unprofessional behavior, which affected the customer experience. Overall, while the food quality is satisfactory, the customer service experience with certain staff members could be better, especially when there are delays in food preparation.
