KFC offers excellent service with hot and good food. Despite burnt macaroni n cheese, everything else was great. The interior was uncomfortably hot, making it hard to eat inside. Online orders may have slight delays, but the manager is polite and helpful. Some staff members could improve their friendliness. One drive-thru worker, Bre, was particularly rude and unprofessional, displaying a nasty attitude towards customers. While the food quality was satisfactory, the customer service experience with certain staff members could be better.
