KFC offers excellent service with hot and good food. The food is always hot and served with a smile, and everyone is working as a team, resulting in minimal wait times. However, despite some great experiences, there have been issues, such as burnt macaroni n cheese and delays with online orders. The interior can be uncomfortably hot, making it hard to eat inside. Parking is limited for pick-up orders, so it's suggested to use mobile ordering. While the manager is polite and helpful, some staff could improve their friendliness. One drive-thru worker displayed unprofessional behavior, which affected the customer experience. Overall, while the food quality is satisfactory, the customer service experience with certain staff members could be better, especially when there are delays in food preparation.
