Food is not always good. Pizza is either undercooked or over cooked. The wings are always chewy. I have had items missing from my order several times. Talked to manager a few times and said he would get person to bring missing items but no one showed and no answer when I called back.
Robert saved my order, though it was Clearly my mistake. After paying for my order, online, I realized it was ordered for pick up. I don't drive, so pick up Won't work! Robert took about 20 seconds to expedite my order.
The food is TOP TEIR. It was hot and fresh cheese to sauce ratio on point. And i seen it was only one guy in there he is doing his job GREAT! Give him a raise will be back everytime.

Papa John's Pizza offers fresh food with a quick pick-up service. The staff is friendly and helpful, handling a high volume of orders. The pizza is delicious, and the Tuscan six cheese bread sticks are well made. Although the pizza crust might be slightly overcooked around the edges, it's still a good option for carryout. The business maintains cleanliness, and the restroom is kept in a unisex room with a single commode.
