Need to train people to LISTEN to what customers are ordering and ensure the people taking orders are familiar with the menu. We wanted a double big Mac (4 patties) and a quarter cheese with bacon and no onions, and the person taking our order acted like we were from another planet. Worst location ever. Went today and this is not the first time they had no drinks available other than tea or water. First we requested a frozen slushie drink with the meals. The girl taking our order stated “they were not doing by frozen drinks right now”. When I asked why they had no drinks they said they didn’t have co2 for the sodas.
