Look like they were understaffed. Waited a while for an employee to address the front counter. Once, I place my order and waited to long for an ice cream cone, then an employee told me that my was sitting up on another counter. She apologize that the other employee did not tell me my cone was ready and just left my order on the counter! Would I go back, No! It seems like customer service is not a big deal anymore! 🤔🤨
This restaurant closes extremely early considering it's attached to a 24 hour gas station. We left at 8:20pm and they locked us in so no other customers could come in. I believe they close at 8pm.
