Our downtown office catered in Surcheros this week. I ordered a burrito with chicken and no rice. I got a beef burrito with rice. I don't eat beef. They made me the correct one and brought it to me along with a note in my box "Sorry. We hope you enjoy." THAT is customer service.
Surcheros Fresh Mex is always a great experience! I especially want to recognize Ciera—she is super sweet, fast, and remembers everything to perfection. Her customer service really stands out and makes every visit even better!
