Our downtown office catered in Surcheros this week. I ordered a burrito with chicken and no rice. I got a beef burrito with rice. I don't eat beef. They made me the correct one and brought it to me along with a note in my box "Sorry. We hope you enjoy." THAT is customer service.
The food was good , but what prompted me to write a review was how sweet / friendly the front lady was. I didn’t get her name, but you rarely get service like that anywhere. She needs a raise. 10 stars
