It is what it is. A pizza joint (mainly) with inventive pizza flavors, exceptionally prepared, with a great selection of beers. If that's what you're looking for, this is the place.
This was our first time at the Mellow Mushroom in Macon. The food was very good and our experience was overall nice. Giving 3 stars because of service. Our waitress was nice, but the service was off. Examples, My fiancé ordered a Corona and was brought an unopened bottle... we waited awhile thinking she would come back to open it but she didn't. Eventually he used his keys.
