I had a bad experience in the restaurant, but after reaching out to Customer Service about it, the Franchise owner of the area contacted me and did everything they could to make it right. They are committed to improve the experience in the stores that are struggling to take care of business.

Customer service tip from a manager and a customer
Never put a customer drink or food on the counter and just walk away
No interaction, no thank you, no send off

Some shady characters were there when I was there, including someone begging for food and money in the restaurant. I overheard someone saying that this was a sketchy area of town and it felt like it, even though I wouldn't quite say that I felt unsafe.
The gas station across the street has a security guard and we watched a drug deal go down right in front of them after we left this McD's.
