Oh how I love krystals but the service today was horrible! Customer service is just as important as the food to me and both were lacking today. The meat was barely on the bun, the fries were lukewarm and the sprite was flat! Krystals sprite is the best and that too to be lacking today just took the cake. Won't visit that location again. Zebulon road store or nothing!
I love Krystal Burger but live near none. I always stop when passing one and this was the first time I didn't finish my cheese Krystals or fries. The Krystals were soggy, cheese was cold, and they just didn't taste good. Fries were the same. Hugely disappointed.

Bathroom looked like a horror films bathroom after the filming has been completed and before the films clean up crew has arrived.The burgers looked like the meat was being wiped with tissue that was half a soggy bun. I feel like it’s supposed to be gravy and that’s what I focused on in order to eat one.After the burger was finished I thought ok. Tasty, I can kudos the appeal. Service was nice and fast.
