Oliver's Corner Bistro is a highly recommended spot with excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. The patio offers beautiful views of downtown Macon. The blackened red snapper and bourbon glazed salmon were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The house vinaigrette salad was fresh, and the New York strip was a hit. The staff, including Tiara, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. A Paloma cocktail was also delicious. Guests have enjoyed the steak with garlic butter and Gouda Mac, appreciating its massive size and flavor. The intimate setting makes it a great choice for special occasions like Mother's Day or an anniversary.
