I ended up with a GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH MIKAYLA!! She went above and beyond for me after having waited for a very long time in the drive thru for an iced coffee and a wrap. When I got to the window, there was another young lady waiting to take my money. I asked her if it would be possible to get a complimentary “anything” due to my wait. She stepped away to ask, then came back with Mikayla. Mikayla understood my concern, and did not at all question why I was asking....
This Starbucks was so sweet. I came on a Tuesday morning and it looked like everybody was half asleep, but they still worked in such an efficient manner and the cashier Tiffany was so kind!
I'd give six stars if I could! Stopped for a coffee on the way to the beach, and like a goober I spilled my full mocha on the floor of the car. The staff brought us sanitizing wipes, cleaning cloths, and water, and they remade my drink. Absolute queens of the early morning, bless em, give em a raise!
