Taco Bell in Macon

“The food was fresh and hot. The severs were friendly and respectful.
I ordered Mexican pizza combo with no tomatoes on the tacos, and when the lady making it saw this, she verified whether I wanted tomatoes on the pizza also.. I think that was above and beyond expectation and attention to detail!!!!
Great job ladies!!!!!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 handicap parking spots at the front door, with a full car space between the hashes. The entrance is very convenient!!!“

“Came inside to place my food order via kiosk, was trying to modify our power bowl order, but I was unable too. I went to the counter and Ladarian P greeted me and asked me what could he help with, I explained my wife's sensitivity to tomato seeds, he politely told me that the guacamole also has tomatoes and offered to put it in a side container, just in case my wife still wanted it. His polite manners and eagerness to take care of my order and address any food concerns took me by total surprise. Ladarian P was genuinely helpful and my visit with this restaurant exceeded my expectations.

“Alicia and the night crew were absolutely amazing!!! We got there about 20 minutes til close with a HUGE order (I tried to put it in through the app way earlier so they'd have time, but the app wouldn't send the order through). Alicia went above and beyond to make sure we had everything, and when we let her know the dr pepper was out of syrup, she generously agreed to make us whatever drink we wanted, even though they were trying to close. Great job on getting it out timely, too!!! We still got back home before they even closed 😊“
