“Staff was friendly and helpful, also love the salsa bar. Some of the ingredients looked a little dry/overheated, but they likely were about to replace them. The service bar was also a little messy, though I may have visited after a rush. I ordered the burrito bowl with steak, seasoned rice and black beans. It was delicious, just the complete meal I needed after a busy day. Overall, about as expected for Moe's, I ended up getting dinner here a few times on my recent trip to Macon“

“Our downtown office catered in Surcheros this week. I ordered a burrito with chicken and no rice. I got a beef burrito with rice. I don't eat beef. They made me the correct one and brought it to me along with a note in my box "Sorry. We hope you enjoy." THAT is customer service.“
