I was a customer for lunch, not to mention the busiest time of the afternoon. The manager Gavin was my cashier at the time. His patience and professionalism went above and beyond my expectations. I myself were in management for 20 years and I must say I was very impressed with the entire crew was professional and kind. As a former manager I am well aware that your staff is only as good as their leader. Great place to eat! Fantastic leader and crew! We will definitely be back!

Came to Zaxby's on bass road for a quick lunch with family. We had two salad's and chicken tenders and fries. Gavin gave us outstanding customer service he is an asset to your company.

This is easily the best Zaxbys in Macon and the surrounding towns. I've tried every one I could find in/around Macon at least twice and I found this one to be the absolute best. I refuse to go to any other Zaxbys now.
