Ling line in the drive through but our order was correct
The team always has a positive attitude and excellent environment for my studies. I spend an hour a day at this location and I am never disappointed. Great job. Highly recommend this Starbucks for anyone taking online college classes. The food and drinks are excellent too.
Madison is so extremely lucky to have this Starbucks. Some of the nicest people work here and I have a lovely experience every time. Idk how they have such nice people here. Thank you for being so awesome.
And to any readers, never forget to always give grace and patience to people who work in the service industry. Nothing is ever that big of a deal to warrant ruining an employees day, or better yet ruining your OWN day for no reason.
Thank you Madison Starbucks!

Additionally, the staff's kindness and helpfulness stand out, with stories of employees going above and beyond, such as making a mobile order for a customer who passed their original Starbucks by mistake. The environment is generally clean and well-maintained, although there was a previous concern about appearance and service speed, which has reportedly improved recently. Customers also enjoy the variety of drinks, like the Carmel Macho, and appreciate the availability of plug-ins for extended stays. Overall, this Starbucks is seen as a friendly, welcoming place ideal for studying, working, and enjoying good drinks with excellent service.
