Papa John's in Marietta

“I just had the best experience ever at the Papa John’s at Shallowford Falls. I was tired from all the work I did over the holidays and just couldn’t figure out how to apply my coupon and check out. Alex was the most helpful person ever and I can’t say how much this made my day in a society where people don’t care about each other anymore. You rock Alex.“

“Came in and grabbed 2 pepperoni pizzas with some garlic bread.The young lady behind the counter was busy, and she told me that she'd be right with me. Is very professional. When she finished , she took her in my order right away. She greeted me on the way in and greeted me on the way out. I love how professional this business is.“

“Received wrong order initially and returned back to restaurant to notify them. Staff was very apologetic and offered a refund and replacement order. Replacement pizza was received timely and the staff again apologized for the mistake. I appreciate the the service provided and the way they handled the situation.“

He was the only worker inside at the time, and he said my order would be another 5 mins and that it was coming right out of the oven. I can not tell you when was the last time I had such an amazing pizza! I will be coming back to this location more often! 10/10 Customer service for Casey!!!“

But these papa bowls are horrible
Basically a bowl of toppings with cheese : its supposed to be chicken alfredo, but its a crustless pizza

“This is long over due but I want to recognize the store manager and his staff. About maybe 3 weeks ago I order pizza for my kiddos on a Wednesday which I don’t normally do but I decided to treat them to a pizza dinner and drink. I placed an order for delivery. Well the door dash driver forgot to grab my drink and when I got my pizza delivery there was no drink. I did get mad, I was just a bit disappointed. So I called the store and a very nice young man answered, I told him what happened and if I could just get a refund. Well to my surprise, the store manager went above and out his way to bring my drink!!!! I was very impressed and appreciative for his kindness.
So I just want to say Thank You again for being so humble enough to take a moment out of your business evening that day ensuring that my children and I received our full order!
