We made a reservation. We got here and explained the rest of the party(3ppl) were stuck in traffic. They said that would be fine. They told us our table would be ready. They cancelled our reservations without communication. Business etiquette and customer service is lacking at this location.
The grounds of the restaurant has a grand feel. The patio area has an inviting botanical theme. The outside hostess was cordial upon our reservation arrival and departure. Our drinks were good and sweet, not watered down. My food was brought out quickly by a handsome guy. I've eaten in New Orleans before and the interior and the waitstaff attire was reminded me of it. Today was my first time visiting Pappadeaux. This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The entire hostess staff, including the hostess manager are extremely rude. I will NEVER return to this place in my life!
