I wish I had been told before today that orders online do not automatically convert to your rewards points. In the past year, I have ordered several hundreds of dollars worth of cupcakes and a wedding cake but none of that went to my rewards.
If you order online, make sure to ask in person to add in your rewards points!

I recently ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s 17th birthday dinner 3/21/26 about a week in advance, and I was very happy with how everything turned out! The cake looked absolutely beautiful and matched what we requested. You could really see the attention to detail.

There was a small wording error on the cake at pickup, but the team corrected it for us the same day without any problems. I truly appreciated how quickly they handled it.
