I have never had a more terrible experience at a McDonalds, than I did at this location last night, which is really saying something. I’m a fairly reasonable person and it was busy in the drive thru, which is fine, I didn’t mind waiting. I had already made my order on the app and the guy that I spoke to on the speaker/first window was polite. No problem with him. I get to the second window, a worker opens the window, says absolutely nothing and starts handing me my drinks....read full review
ordered filet meal with no cheese, & a big mac add bacon & tomato.. and 2 apple pies. After paying (& getting no receipt), they said they had no apple pies & asked if strawberry was ok. I agreed.
I get my bag & head home. When I get home & go to get food out, there is NO big mac, & the filet is super dark & old oil looking greasy & not edible. I try calling multiple times, no answer.
I see why I don't usually eat there.
