This specific Zaxbys is by far some of the worse service I’ve ever had which is sad considering I was a regular at this location for over two years. Tonight, September 29 at 7:15ish. We placed our order online and waited then promptly went to the drive through. Terrible service. We were in the drive through today Jan. 28th at 14:55pm getting food for our kids and Tasha who took our order was rude and short with us. Once we got to the window we asked to speak with her to find out if we offended her in any way because we couldn’t justify why she had the attitude with us. The other girl acted and said she wasn’t getting in the middle of it. That told us all we needed to know. She’s just rude.

For $8 dollars a piece I got maybe a whole chicken strip and no bacon a whole bunch of fries and a dab of sauce. Should of ordered a #1 and made it myself our it!! It’s cheaper I believe and I get more for my buck!!
Waste of time and money! My co-worker receive her meal the exact same way!!!! So sad I will never buy that again
