Had to wait in the drive through 10 min then after I paid for my order was told that no one was there to make my food! Asked for my money back and didn’t get it. They are just as bad as the McDonald’s across the street on lake Dow!
I go here everyday!! The morning manager is awesome.. and I'm there at 5:30 am everyday
I went inside this morning, I was told not to order at the register, to wait at the end where you pick up orders to place my order. Well the two ladies working handled 3 cars at the drive through and two customers that walked in way after me that went to the register first! I was the only one in there when I got there other than another guy that was waiting at the pick up order part to place his order and ended up walking out, I should have known then!
