This was the worst service ever! They made us wait 20 min for ice cream! We went in to get a refund and the store was disgusting and filthy! What in the heck is going on? That’s 20 minutes i will never go back! Oh and when we went in after waiting 20 min they didn’t even know what we ordered! What a nightmare! Oh and they had no spoons at an ice cream shop. They suggested a fork to eat my ice cream! Can it get any worse? Doubt it!
Three of us stopped in at your McDonough Ga location Thursday, April 13, about 2 pm to grab burgers. It was raining and our shoes were wet so we wiped them off on the rug just inside the door. My 72 year old wife was the first to enter your restaurant and as she stepped off the rug her feet went flying in different directions. We grabbed her before she hit the floor but we had trouble maintaining our balance because the floor was so slippery we couldn't get any traction. It...read full review
