They never get your order right every time I go there I have to double check my order before I pull off because they never get my order right and they give you an attitude when you try to correct them. sad
You can never get more than 2 wings at any given time. You ask for one thing, and you can repeat your order twice and they will give you the wrong order.
I live in this area & it's always something at this location. Today after about a 20min wait I pulled up for them to tell me they was not taking anymore orders & to come back in 15min. I went to location in Stockbridge, pulled up, ordered & immediately my bucket with 2 sides was handed to me. McDonough location is one of the most unprepared, long waiting, rudest locations I've ever TRIED to visit. NEVER AGAIN. KFC offers expensive meals with small portions, like $5 for four scoops of Cole slaw. Some customers found the prices too high - $16 for one person - and prefer buying a whole chicken elsewhere. The McDonough location is unwelcoming, especially if paying with cash, and the food quality doesn't make up for it. Drive-thru and credit card are the best options. Overall, there are better chicken places to visit instead of KFC.
