This has to be the slowest and organized Zaxbys ever. You always have to pull up and wait for about 10 minutes or more for your food.
Food is fine if you live long enough to get it. This location needs more people to operate. Taking 10 minutes per car in the drive thru line isn’t acceptable service!
The young man up front tonight knows how to work with lean principles and was super kind/respectful. Made a long drive from Minneapolis and needed to feed 3 people at 10pm. They were slammed and he still made sure I received a beverage holder before I left. It’s the small things. Thank you!
