As much as I love Sams Club... the tire department - I got here right when they opened and there was one guy ahead of me. I'm going on 2hrs cause they didn't know what to do with the car before me. Then I walk back to the tire section and they have another car in there but it's not mine She seen me coming and just simply said you're next. Didn't let me get my question out. When it's time to open have enough people to operate the business waiting in line at 8:45 in the morning is an inconvenience. They don't even have a person to operate the exit. Then the attitude of the customer service person shouldn't be in customer service position unless they want to be at McDonald's. You don't say not a problem when someone says thank you. It should be your welcome or my pleasure. Also find people who don't mind working in the AM
