We used mobile order and my son picked up our supper tonight. Whoever rolled burritos around 4-5 otta be ashamed. Looked like my tortilla got in a dang fight. Just silly to pay almost 40 dollars for three to eat at Taco Bell and get that. The burritos had onion juice soaked thru so bad the sogginess made it impossible to reroll so I used a fork and a bowl. I know it's fast food but if ur meal is so wet by the time the you takes a bite that it's now inedible, that's an issue....read full review
Been waiting over 30mis maybe longer for my pizza.
Service is usually very poor. Often gets orders wrong, will not correct issues if item is out of stock and already charged on mobile app, and is not friendly in the evening hours. I usually will take the extra time to go to the one near I75 & Hampton Rd to avoid this if not during lunch.
