Ordered online for delivery. Ordered two milk shakes. Door dash driver call to tell me the milk shake machine is down so they were going to replace those with cokes. Got two medium cokes charged for two large milk shakes. The 3 extra ranches and honey mustards were not in the bag.
Huge shout to Alex, the manager of this location. He provided exceptional customer service. He was attentive and quick to resolution. We had a minor mishap & Alex took care of us. Although the staff is new and in the early stages of greatness! They worked together to make it happen. We will most definitely make this our go to Zaxbys in the local area. Keep up the awesome team work! 👍🫶🙌
These are all the fries I get for $9? I gave 2 stars because the food was hot, but I need more value for my money.

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a mix of experiences for its customers. Many appreciate the excellent customer service from the young staff and the hot food served in a decent amount of time. One frequent visitor noted a decline in quality after a recent remodel, mentioning a lack of seasoning on fries and insufficient sauce on boneless chicken. Another customer had a confusing experience with a delayed chicken quesadilla order, feeling that the wait was longer than expected without any explanation. However, others found Zaxby's to be better than its competitors like Cane's and Chick-fil-A, particularly enjoying the chicken fingers plate with seasoned fries and Zax sauce. The lemon pepper flavor also received praise for being delicious, thanks to the pleasant service from staff. On the downside, some items, like the fried cheese curds, were criticized for being hard and not fresh. Overall, Zaxby's has its ups and downs but remains a popular choice for chicken lovers.
