Hot food good service
Service has improved. Stop by every morning
This is the third time I have come for breakfast and I have been asked to pull up and wait for the food to be brought out to me from drive thru and the biscuit is so hard I could break a window with it . The employees were kind but the biscuit is garbage. Third time will be the last.

One customer had a positive experience with a staff member who went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, even unpacking a box to get a requested sauce. This exceptional service left a lasting impression on the customers. Overall, despite some drive-thru issues, McDonald's provides good food and excellent customer service, with staff members going the extra mile to make customers happy. The south side location is generally preferred over the one on North Columbia, as the workers are more pleasant. However, mistakes like forgotten sauces, incorrect orders, and missing items do happen occasionally, making the experience memorable.
