Its close to my side of town you get waited on fast they always greet people when they come in
We used the drive thru. It moved quickly. The food was fresh and hot. The employee handed us our drinks and identified which drink was diet vs. regular. They did really well, especially compared to most McDonald's.

This exceptional service left a lasting impression on the customers. Overall, despite some drive-thru issues, McDonald's provides good food and excellent customer service, with staff members going the extra mile to make customers happy. The south side location is generally preferred over the one on North Columbia, as the workers are more pleasant. However, mistakes like forgotten sauces, incorrect orders, and missing items do happen occasionally, making the experience memorable.
