“We’ve waited a long time to go to Andy’s because the lines are always really long. Finally got into the drive-thru tonight when the line was a little shorter. Unfortunately I was given the wrong order which I didn’t know until I got home, and wasn’t going back. My concrete was really good - just not what I ordered. The one I got was full of nuts which would be really dangerous for someone with allergies (I don’t have any, but son does). Lesson is to check your order before you leave. Again, really good and we’ll be back.“

“I’ve always gone to the Dunwoody Village Burger storefront, so I couldn’t go often since I live in Alpharetta. The Alpharetta location does an outstanding job with a quality burger, and the staff is all very experienced. It’s a great choice! Best burger in Alpharetta by far. Also BLT, hot dogs, wings, chicken tenders and of course fries. Good prices too.“

“I tried crumbl for the first time on the week of September 9th, I wa contemplating between the lemon cake and the banoffee pie cookie cause I was wondering if pumpkin would be in the banoffee cookie cause my mom isn’t a fan of pumpkin, and one of the kind employees was nice enough to ask if I needed help and I asked her if the lemon cake was actually good cause I don’t do lemon cakes but maybe crumbl would make good lemon cakes but then she provided me with the ingredients of the banoffee pie cookie and no pumpkin was in it so I got that one, the tres leches was great, and I swear the nice girl had a nice name like summer, sunny, or maybe clara, I don’t remember unfortunately. This great first experience at crumble is going to make me a loyal fan since I recently moved closer to crumbl in town.“

I went to Brusters to get the free baby cone for my girls and the young gentleman went above and beyond . He not only served the ice cream but he put eyes, hair(sprinkles)and a smile . It not only made my day it made my kids day as well. We have been to different brusters around ATL and this was the FIRST time we had great customer service from a brusters employee. Definitely will continue to come here .“

“We love this place. Just be ready to witness Indians trying to rip off the poor teens working there. After they pay they complain and put to get more free. Also, the Indians will stand there and ask for 12 samples for a family and then order 1 cone to share. They feed the kid the sample so they don’t have to buy them one. The mom and dad share one cone and ask for a free cup and 2 spoons. The workers are too nice and just give them what they ask. Pretty typical of this area at every restaurant, grocery store, and any where else.“

“Oh my God!!! This ice cream is far better than any American garbage that our food companies spew out. This is for real legit ice cream. Flavors are absolutely incredible and their menu options sit better with my stomach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. “I am a Nanny to boy/girl twins who are 6 years old. They both chose Ice cream as their reward for good behavior. So we went to this location twice today (kids on different summer schedules) 1 of them has ADHD & the other is on the autism spectrum. The man who served us each time was Wonderful! He openly enjoyed the enthusiasm of 1 & was beyond patient of the rigid specifics of the other. I appreciate this level of customer service & kindness so much more than I could ever express! We will absolutely be back again & again for all our ice cream needs! Thank You!!!“

“Rough night tonight at Bruster's Hickory flat. Staff was incompetent and rude, out of several flavors that were posted on the menu, tried to serve melted ice cream saying trouble with the freezer. Most offensive was the kids' working lack of accountability and respect.“

“I called earlier looking for a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. Mickael had great customer service. He didn't just say "whatever we have it" he asked if I cared about what was on the cake and made sure I would actually like what I was getting. Glad he told me about the blue cake. Great customer service.“

“Great burger, friendly and dedicated staff. We have eaten here several times in the last couple of months and the food is great. Staff is great too, my burger today was a little undercooked and they made it right quickly and really cared about us having a good experience. Highly recommend!!“
