The food is always good, decor is nice. Unfortunately I've never experienced a single speedy service. When I come through, I drive for 3 hours to get material and 3 hours to get back home. It would be nice to be able to rely on speedy service, but many times, at their busiest hours, mainly 12 to 1pm, the hours which should be your best service, frequently I'll have to wait just to have an order taken. Then they'll need to fresh cook fries, Supremes, or whatever....

I Wasn't greeted at the register properly, received a thimbal of gravy that could have maybe heated up the room temperature potatoes. I'm sure they would've supplied more gravy if requested but we were there for the chicken and it was good. The lobby and bathrooms were clean and well taken care of. 3.8*

It's Chicken, if you mess that up you shouldn't be in the business!! People working g in the restaurant talking loud, using profanity...young adults! Staff not professional, if you want professional staff where they serve chicken go to Chick-fil-A.
