Bruster’s in Monroe is an absolute gem! The staff here is friendly, respectful, and always make the experience enjoyable. Unlike the rude service I experienced at the Athens location, the Monroe team actually knows how to treat customers with kindness and professionalism. They greet you with a smile, are happy to answer questions, and never make you feel like a bother. The ice cream is delicious (as always), but it’s the customer service that really sets this location apart....
I love this Bruster's location! They are always friendly, give great customer service, and even when they are busy, you get treated well. I've never had a bad visit. My boys and their friends are ALWAYS happy to visit!
