Messed up an online order and accidentally sent it to another store. The manager on duty was extremely nice and understanding and promptly had my order made. Food was delicious and service was impeccable. Highly recommend this location!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe serves delicious food, including amazing sandwiches, and offers excellent and prompt service. This location is a favorite spot for customers, especially students who enjoy smoothies after school, particularly during SAT season. The owner is kind and brings positive vibes to the atmosphere. Although there may be some issues with online orders, the staff is understanding and quick to resolve problems. The cafe is clean, including the restrooms, but can be a bit chilly inside. Despite some minor drawbacks, customers highly recommend this location and cherish their experiences here.
