“Janice was especially helpful today. It's the 23rd of December and I know her store was especially busy. I ordered the 31.99 turkey sliced supper through Door Dash and the total price was $42I only got the turkey, the 2 sides and rolls were not delivered by Door Dash. I couldn't get through to Door Dash, so I called the Newnan Honey Baked Ham. Janice spent over an hour with me and Door Dash. I finally ended up getting $23 back. Be sure the deals in Door Dash are the same as the store you are ordering from!“
“Store is clean, food is fresh, staff is very accommodating. The pharmacy staff is terrific. The sushi kiosk with chef Che' is not bad for a store sushi stand. Sushi is made fresh daily right in the store. The deli and pastry section are very nice as well. Starbucks in store. I love shopping at this Kroger!“
“Being from Newnan, this is the OG Kroger and the location that started my love affair with the grocery store. This Kroger is located in between downtown Newnan and Ashley Park (New Newnan) and sits in the shopping center that used to hold KMart, Hastings and a variety local spots, but now houses Roses, Aaron's and Ollie's. While I love this Kroger, I will say that it is in need of some updates and a good facelift. Everything in this location is about original and you can tell. The staff does a decent job of keeping it clean, but at this point, it's putting lipstick on a pig. While it is smaller than most newer locations, I don't have any issues finding what I am after. Service is hit and miss, just like most retail spots today. They always have a few actual lines open in addition to self check-out, so waits are never too long. In addition to the store, the pharmacy is excellent. My parents have used the pharmacy for decades, and all the team are beyond nice, on first name basis with them and are beyond helpful. I appreciate the pharmacy team a lot for taking care of my parents all these years! Overall, this Kroger holds a special place in my grocery store heart. Can it be improved? Yeah. But is it a terrible spot? Absolutely not!“
