They never seem to get the order right. I ordered on line most of the time. I'm so tired of getting home & then find out my order was wrong. I'm not about to go back to get ripped off. I'm SO tired of getting ripped off, so even tho I love your chicken, ham & burgers that I'm done.
I went through the drive thru on my last visit. There was no one else in line. I did plan to eat inside but at 5:30 pm on a Sunday the doors were locked. The drive thru actually moved very quickly. I only had to wait, literally, 2 minutes for my food to come through the window! It took longer to run my payment than it did for me to receive my food which is AWESOME! Went in to order and were the only customers at the register and no customers eating in the restaurant. Female employee had headset on. We were face-to-face, less than 3 ft. from her. We stood 5+ minutes and she never acknowledged us. Rude employee and poor service. We left.
