Last night, we had an unforgettable Valentine's dinner at Knife and Stone. The five-course meal was a culinary journey, starting with a delightful pear and blue cheese amuse-bouche, followed by a scallop and corn creation, a soul-warming soup, sea bass with lobster risotto, and filet with Brussels sprouts.
