This is the worst Wendy’s location. I’ve waited over 10 minutes at the speaker box without being acknowledged on several occasions. The last time I went, I waited 5-10 minutes with no one addressing me. I finally said “hello?” Politely to make sure they were still open. No response. I look up the store hours and it says they are open until 12 am and it’s 10 pm. I wait a few moments before saying “hello” for the 2nd time. No response. To a large part, it's a burger place.I arrived just before 4p local time, and there was a customer sitting and eating, and two more customers waiting on food.One, a delivery driver, said they had been waiting more than 10 minutes for a Biggie Bag of a Spicy Sandwich and a cheeseburger. After prompting the staff, it took about 5 more minutes to get his food, which he said was cold.The other customer said they had been waiting for more than 30 minutes, and we're asking for a manager...read full review

Overfilled Frosty made huge mess in the car. Food order was correct, but the Frosty presentation was memorably bad. They put Frosty inside another cup which it ran over anyway. Ick.
