Visited the store today on a quick lunch break, ordered the fish sandwich with cheese which totaled $5.28, got back to my office 10 minutes later to find out that the bun is hard as a rock. Called the store and spoke with the manager and was told that if I couldn't come back the same day, that they couldn't issue a refund. I'm sorry but I do work and it's not on Captain D's schedule. I Spent $20 for two dinners get all the way home and they forgot my broccoli. I called for a refund tomorrow for just the missing food was told by manager Jasmine and I'ma that can't be done 😡😡
