“One hour lunch break & I ordered something quick & lite, spring rolls & egg drop soup. More than enough to keep me full for the rest of the shift. The atmosphere is quite & hospitable. Great for a quick bite during lunch or the usual business lunch meeting. Awesome place.“

“Another DanDan Noodle craving led me here to try someplace difference after already experiencing Masterpiece’s and being underwhelmed, especially at the portion size.What I can say is that GS definitely gives you a bigger overall portion of noodles, but still lacks a bit in terms of how much meat is included :( They do give the option of beef or pork (I went with pork) which is different, and their sauce was abundant - I had to tilt/drain and spoon off several oily tablespoons; it also had a flavor that was kind of, I dunno, tomato-ey? But it was good. And I again requested “extra spicy” and oooomg I think they have MP beat there too, like my ears were popping ? Kudos!I also tried the “mala beef rolls” which were very pungently flavorful and spicy too, but also kinda… meh otherwise. Felt like children’s finger food, kinda cheap with the cold, dry flour tortilla and iceberg lettuce being the only other ingredients. I could see this being better reworked as a deep-fried egg roll type of dish, or maybe even adding a sauce/dipper? Def not worth $10.Overall, the portions were better, the flavors alright… nothing go-out-of-my-way craveable but not bad either. And it was ready to-go in like 10mins. I would try more dishes here if in the area again.“
“The food was absolutely delicious. I went during the week so there was not a crowd. It is worth the cost you pay. Probably the best Chinese food I have had the pleasure of tasting in quite some time. Will be returning.Parking: The spots were easy to maneuver. The parking lot is large enough for an SUV.“
“We didn’t plan to eat here to begin with, it just happened. We chose it because we saw a lot of people eating inside and we didn’t know what to expect. The service was phenomenal and the food was amazing. Chinese restaurants are usually difficult for my family and I to eat at because we don’t know what to get, hit or miss for us. “I came for the $10.99 lunch special, but sadly you cannot get wonton soup with it. You can only get egg drop or hot and sour soup. ?Why not let your customers have the option of wonton soup? Even if you only put 2 dumplings in the soup I would have been happy. ??? Also, no red sweet & sour sauce?!?! ?Anyway, I ended up getting my favorite Chinese dish - wonton soup for $3.95 ( came with 4 dumplings). Also ordered steamed rice and spring rolls. IMO it was all just ok. Probably won’t be back. However, Chef Wu is a very nice, quiet, clean, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere to eat lunch. Thanks for having a couple comfortable booths for people with back pain. ❤️“

I ordered the shrimp and vegetables, a stir fry of small plump shrimp and crisp veggies (broccoli, celery, carrots, onions) in a clear, flavorful sauce.My family chose spicy soups, one was a medium-spiced seafood hot pot with white fish, squid and shrimp in a red spicy broth with quimchi and other veggies. The other was a beef soup, very spicy, with plenty of vegetables.Highly recommended!“
“Went to Simon's on Christmas Day with a group of 10 friends. We had a reservation. At first they tried to sit us in a 4 top booth with a table pushed next to it. We were 10 adults and this did not work. The manager set up another long table for us. They did have an abbreviated Holiday menu but everyone loved their food. Once we were seated. Service was good.“
“I've gotten take out from Gu's many times, and it's consistently amazing. Right now I'm eating last night's dinner reheated in a pan: Dan Dan noodles and the spicy dried eggplant. It's so good. I'm going to be moving away in a few months and I'm genuinely sad to be leaving Gu's. Phenomenal.“
“One of my absolute favorite places, the first time we went in! The food literally came out in 10 seconds. We ordered, i went to wash my hands, and it was out before i came back. The food itself was DELICIOUS too! I literally drank my broth as water. I got an order from the spicy section (A8) and it was amazing. Also got some soup dumplings & pan fried dumplings too. Service was great too; everyone is so friendly. Bathrooms were very clean. Some people who came in even knew the workers by name! Shows the relationship they've built over time, which is very respectable. I came in tired from sitting in traffic & a bit cranky, and this place lifted my spirits x100!! We will be back!“
“Located inside Atlanta's Chinatown's food court, Nanbei Gourmet is my go-to spot to grab some delicious Chinese food. Chinatown is never short of options, but I always seem to gravitate back towards Nanbei Gourmet because of their specialties. Nanbei Gourmet's identity is centered around Szechuan cuisine, which might throw some people off because off the spice. However, I can assure you that there are both spicy and non-spicy dishes that I can point to as their best options. I think their best dish is the spicy fish with soft tofu. Their fish is always cooked perfectly, and flaky. Their spicy Szechuan sauce does the cuisine justice; it truly is spicy! But, it's the good kind of spicy where your mouth feels numb and you want to eat more, because the flavor is on point. If you're not looking for something spicy, their fish and vegetables in the Peking sauce is my next pick. The vegetables always taste fresh, and the amount of gravy that dish has to put on your rice gets me giddy. Their meatballs and handmade buns never go wrong either. Their prices also are extremely reasonable, and their portion sizes never disappoint. There's seriously not much to dislike about this place!“
“This place has been ony list for a long time. We visited it a few days before Christmas, and overall experience was pretty good- I'd give 4.5 Atmosphere is just average. Tables and chairs, no special decorations Service was pretty good and food came out with good pacing We ordered 5 dishes- 1 of them really excellent (couple beef); 1of them pretty good ("water cooked beef", beef with chili sauce); 2 of them good (zhong dumplings with chili oil& fish and tofu with vegetables); 1 of them ok (Dan Dan mien) Our favorite was the "Couple beef" with beef slices, tripes and tendons in chili oil/ sauce with lots of cilantro. This is my favorite Szechuan dish and I've had it in many places across the country. I can say this was one of the bests- aromatic beef, and complex flavoring with the chili oil (not just salty and oily). The quality & proportion of meat and tripe were also good. Beef in spicy chili broth was great in flavors- I just like it better with bigger pieces of Napa cabbage.:) Fish with tofu was a little salty but it was cooked well. Dandan mien was fine, but nothing special I'll definitely visit again if I'm in the area!“

“I never write yelp reviews but this place makes really authentic Sichuan food. We ordered 川贝凉粉Sichuan hot and cold Mung bean noodle，清蒸活鱼steamed live ginger and scallion fish（这个超级推荐！真的很好吃很正宗）and 钟水饺 (spicy master zhong's dumpling). The server was also extremely sweet 10/10. The place was clean and decorated just like the restaurants I would go to in China. If you order right it's extremely good. If I lived in Atlanta I would come back every week at least.“

“I am going for a solid 4. It is good Chinese Asian fusion strip mall food. I really liked the hot and spicy pepper steak dish. Haven't tasted that in a while. Prices are good. Basic setting in global mall. I have also been to the Duluth location as well. Service is pretty basic, counter service. I would go again.“
