“It’s rare that I write reviews, but our experience at Borgo absolutely deserves one — and for context, my wife and I are truly food obsessed. We moved here from Austin, TX and northern New Jersey, both places where excellent Italian food is easy to find. In the three years we’ve lived here, we’ve tried at least 15 restaurants in the area, and every single one has been forgettable, I’ll leave it at that. Borgo changed that instantly. From the moment we walked in, I noticed something unusual: the dining room was full, yet the atmosphere was calm, lively but not loud. When we sat down, we found ourselves next to three older couples speaking Italian. That alone told me we might finally be in the right place. A lot of restaurants claim to be “family owned,” but at Borgo, it’s the real thing. The entire family is from Italy. The owner came over to welcome us personally and took our order with genuine warmth. His wife is the chef. His sister was checking on tables and making sure everything ran smoothly. The whole experience felt like stepping into a small trattoria in a small Italian town and I don’t say that lightly. The food was exceptional. We started with the burrata with prosciutto and an arugula salad. Both were exquisite. The burrata tasted incredibly fresh and was served at the perfect temperature I don’t know if it’s homemade, but it certainly tasted like it. The arugula was vibrant and peppery, as if it had just been picked, and the dressing was beautifully balanced. For mains, we had the trout, the linguine with mushrooms, and the eggplant parm. Every dish was outstanding, but the eggplant parm stopped me in my tracks — I literally closed my eyes after the first bite. It was that good. Dessert was tiramisu and the limoncello cheesecake, and both were flawless. Light, flavorful, and not overly sweet, exactly how they should be. And the service? Flawless. Warm, attentive, personal, the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like you’re eating in someone’s home rather than a restaurant. It took us 45 minutes to drive to Borgo and we cannot wait to go back. After three years of searching, we finally found a place that feels like the real deal. Simply put, our experience was exceptional.“

“We went last night for both my daughters birthdays.. (11 and 5) we had a pretty big group, there were 13 of us but 6 were kids.. we had the most amazing server! She was extremely sweet, really went out her way to make sure we were completely happy along with serving other tables! She was extremely patient with all the kids and had a constant smile! “This was such a great pizza. My family likes the DIY pizzas more than regular ones anyway, but Your Pie Pizza was one of a kind. The service was excellent... Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The wait was short for 4 pizzas and everyone in the family loved them. Highly recommend.“

“Went here for lunch on a weekday, was pleasantly surprised that they had oven baked subs. Only on the lunch menu. Oddly enough, this is not something I've found in this area much at all. Can't remember the last time I had an eggplant parm. This one was pretty good. Nice bread, perfectly toasted in the oven. A full sub, two halves. Crinkle cut fries, not greasy, good portion.

Nice bar with taps, and various wines, but if you are a tall person like me the proportion of the bar height, stool, and rail is a challenge. Nice place for tables and booths, though if you are on a date be aware that all the two-tops are high-top tables.“

“Wow—what an experience! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was on another level. Kel (if I have his name right) was absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. The way he treated us really made the visit special.

And the food… the pizza was the BEST! Fresh, flavorful, perfectly cooked—it hit the spot in every way. You can really tell they put pride and care into both their service and their food.

“I called and ordered pizza tonight for delivery. The sweetest gal named Becky took my order. There was a problem with the credit card machine and she had to get my info twice. We laughed and had a great conversation. When the delivery man came he said that it was a cash ticket. I told him I paid via cc and to call me if there was a problem. Becky called me a bit later and was so sweet and apologetic! Seems the cc machine is having issues with the “0” key. We had a good laugh about it being 2020! Amazing customer service and as always, my pizza is delicious!! Marcos fan for life!!!“

Bang Bang Shrimp and Fish and Chips both very good. Pizza was also excellent.

There was not a crowd when we dined in. Most likely could get loud at times. Lots of large screen TVs. We are looking forward to returning.“

“While up in Newnan running around with Mom (Tue 3/4) decided to grab dinner before heading home. I've always loved this Pizza Hut. My timing was excellent and my food was ready just as scheduled before heading into Kroger a few doors down to shop. Everything was fresh and still rather hot by the time we got back to Lanett. My only issue is I clearly didn't order extra garlic parm sauce for my second pizza. My mistake, but still traditional marinara and all everything was amazing. Loving my leftovers today. Thanks team. Can't wait to order again when I'm up in the area.“

“Today I was at the little Caesars pizza place at Thomas Cross Roads, the place was pretty crowded with Veterans, as I waited patiently for my pizza more and more Veterans came in the door for lunch, I didn’t realize Little Caesars was giving away free food for this group of people, I thought how awesome. I want to shout out to the two employees that were serving these fine people. They were working hard to get the food out. Little Caesar’s should be proud of these two. Nobody lost patience and everyone was getting served.“
