“I ordered three bacon, egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwiches, one dozen glazed donuts, two boba teas and three strawberry cheesecake glazed donuts. The lady that was working over charged me. I pointed out that she over charged me for the breakfast sandwiches. The other young lady that was working became rude and started using profanity. I explained that if each sandwich is 3.99 + 1.25 to add bacon. making the total 5.24 per sandwich the total for all three sandwiches is $15.72 not $23.22. Well the young lady was beyond mad speaking in a different language, cursing, and very rude simply because I didn't want to be overcharged.“

“This use to be my go to morning iced latte destination years ago. The crew was amazing and knew my order and friendly. Slowly it became not a enjoyable experience so I went to the other location for years then unfortunately that one also went bad...so Starbucks it has been for the past year or so. This morning 510 am I forgot Starbucks wasn’t open so I decided to visit this location again. I was blown away!! The guy that took my order, made my food and made my drink was pleasant, the place was so clean, my drink looked like the image on the app (I mean seriously I wish I would have taken a picture, beautiful!), the wrap was hot and not messy. You have won me back! Good job to whomever got this one back on track!“

“We placed a last-minute Uber Eats order right before closing, and not only did they accept it, but Tracy called personally when an item was out. She was so kind, and we told her to just sub in whatever worked. Instead, they completely spoiled us with extra pastries, donut holes, and a perfect breakfast sandwich. Incredible service, amazing people, and delicious treats. What she didn't know is we've been dealing with post-flood chaos in my home for weeks and it's been frustrating and anxiety ridden and this small act of kindness meant so very much to us. “This will be the second time, I’ve come to this location and my food that I’ve ordered was half way done. I ordered “9pc loaded hash brown bowl”, which is what it was labeled when I ordered on the screen, I got home and barely any cheese, bacon, and only a few hash browns, husband was disappointed and I’m frustrated because it’s a waste of my money, and I tried called 3 times back to back and no answer, I cannot leave at the moment, so going back to replace it, isn’t always an option, so please answer your phones to make things right.“

“I come to Dunkin almost every morning on my way to work, the workers here are like my morning friends they know I’m coming and my kids love to say hey and they are always smiling and willing to say hey back to them. The coffee is always great, I do not order food often but when I do it’s pretty good too. It is busy in the morning some mornings but even with a long line they work hard and get people their things and keep the line moving. We love our dunkin friends here. 🩷
