“Mikayla was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked on us throughout our meal, and provided genuinely great service. It’s always nice to have a server who makes you feel taken care of without making you feel rushed. Mikayla definitely made our IHOP visit even better.“

“I ordered a ribeye and it was so pathetic....it was extremely thin and tasted like hamburger meat and raw steak at the same time....lost our business.
Lastly, we sat down and ever plate, bowl, utensil,and cutting board were left on the table from start to finish. It was unacceptable and repulsive.“

“The food was great, the service was great. The cashiers was super nice and really helpful. The atmosphere wasn’t so great not of any fault of theirs. There was a customer in that had problems with her card being declined. She yelled and cussed the employees telling them they was going to make her food. It declined on their end but apparently charged on her end. I tried to explain to her the charge would drop off because it was not an actual charge. She was yelling so much I could barely hear them talking to me. Some people feel like they are entitled and can talk to everyone however they want and if someone says anything back they are being rude. The girls in there are great, there is one girl with gold teeth, she is always so helpful and gets customers in and out in a timely manner.“
