We came to eat yesterday night, Sunday, August 17th, 2025 around 6PM so they were a bit busy. But that does not excuse the VERY RUDE server named “LULU”. Lulu was not our original server. Our grill caught on fire even though there was no food on it and we had turned it down, we were waiting patiently for our original server to come back and change the grill, but as the fire had gotten bigger we were forced to flag down another server for help. their food is so good! the quality and selection of meats can't be beat. and the price for everything? it's an absolute steal. the wait staff is also very friendly too.
Waitress took my debit card as payment. When she came back to the table the black binder only held the receipts. I told her my card was missing she said she would look for it. She came back to the table and advised that they were reviewing the cameras. After 20 minutes I went to the cashier area and the waitress said it looks like I gave it to you. Ingredients are fresh and well presented, seeming to have more than most Korean barbecue buffets. Staff are polite and provide great, thorough service, checking on guests just enough. Everything feels well-organized and clean. Located near the cinema, it is a must try for good food and good service.
