“My family came here after we had yet another terrible experience at the Mill Creek location. We drove the extra 5 miles here and this will definitely be our preferred location. We went around 5:30 pm and the store was super clean, staff was super friendly, the food quality was the best I’ve had in years! 10/10 recommending this location to anyone that eats Chipotle in Pooler.“

Returning to this location after just over a year and a half, we went in to see if there was any improvement. I am happy to say that today, their dining room appeared somewhat clean, the staff was friendly and quick, the food was fresh and appealing looking, and everything was in stock. On a highly positive note, my daughter-in-law‘s food was a tad too spicy for her, so she was just going to purchase something a little less spicy…… And your staff remade her bowl at no charge. One small note, it would be nice if you had a changing table in your restroom…… My daughter-in-law had to go to your neighbors facility to use theirs.

After an email exchange, apparently “making it right“ is just a management way of saying we will share your review with our management team. I would’ve thought that a coupon for future purchases would have seemed like the more appropriate way of “making it right“. Looking below at previous comments… Pretty much appears that they have an uncaring approach of making it right and getting things resolved - always with the same lame response of “please reach out to us“

Somewhat disappointed with this store location. Probably one of the worst chipotles I’ve been to. Although the food tasted good, the lack of vegetables: peppers, onions, and guacamole was disappointing- there was none. Had to literally wait for white rice of all things, for five minutes. Cleanliness of the dining room was poor.“
