Shoutout to the awesome team at Dave & Buster’s, especially the amazing manager Avery! We had a hiccup with our play cards but she jumped right in, fixed it in no time, and had us back to playing and having a blast. Fast, friendly, and SO helpful, thank you so much Avery! It’s been several years since I’ve been to a D&B, but her outstanding service has me excited to return much sooner. Y’all are awesome!
I had a great experience with Dave and Busters in Pooler. Avery the manager was nothing but helpful. We had a small hiccup with the kiosks trying to get our game tokens and she went above and beyond to help us get them. Out of all the places I’ve been and people I’ve dealt with Avery was by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you!
10/10 would recommend this Dave and Busters
Made a reservation online. Got there and the unprofessional hosts said they don't know what to tell me and my kids because they didn't have any tables because 3 sections were closed. Unprofessional. Never been there and never will go back. They made my kids cry.

Additionally, some hosts and hostesses appeared unsure about table statuses, and although the server tried hard, some food came out cold or incomplete. Despite these concerns, playing in the arcade remains a fun activity, though it was noted that many staff members seem overwhelmed, with few appearing to do most of the work.
