Etang Asian Bistro is an amazing hidden gem in Pooler, GA, considered the best Chinese food by many. The ambiance is beautiful and peaceful. The service is amazing, attentive, personable, and topshelf, with a warm welcome.

The food is authentic, delicious, excellent, outstanding, wonderful, fresh, hot, and tasty. It is very, very fresh with attention to detail in every dish. Specific highlights include the authentic dim sum, excellent chicken feet, perfectly crisp scallion pancake, and outstanding hot oil wontons. The cucumber salad is packed with garlic and delicious. The cold noodles are amazing and refreshing. The chicken soup dumplings, hot and sour soup, and egg drop soup mixed together are highly recommended. The dan dan noodles, Mongolian lamb, and scallops in a garlic sauce are all excellent. The dry pot chicken is described as perhaps the best Chinese food ever had. Portions are generous, with a meal often enough to share or carry out.

The drinks, like the lychee tini, are also excellent. Prices are friendly and worth every penny. It is a place customers cannot wait to return to.
