Noble roots is a waste of time Management was very unprofessional, he wouldnt come address our party because he knew the issue was handled incorrectly. We decided to host our Galentine’s dinner at this restaurant. My friend made a reservation the week prior for a table for 14, scheduled for Friday at 7:00 PM.
I was the first to arrive at 6:45 PM. When I checked in, the host stated that he had called three times regarding the reservation. Reservations for a party of 14. After waiting 45 minutes for a table, we were told we were late (actually 15 minutes early), we didn’t confirm (they took down the number incorrectly), and when we asked to speak to a manager we never saw one (waited 15 minutes but found another location that accommodated us quickly). Slow service actually means NO SERVICE for this review.
