I have probably eaten at 30 different Chick-fil-A restaurants at least in my life and this is the best I have ever been to. Hinesville doesn't have much but by far this is hands down the best Chick-fil-A you will find. The management takes care of its employees and cares about its customers!“

“Typical Chick-fil-A quality and service you come to expect from a Chick-fil-A. Only negative is they can't figure out how to do the drive-thru. Turning one lane into the Mobil order and then still having to merge into one lane doesn't make sense. Gotta open up that second lane all the way through.“

“I used the mobile app feature. I forgot I was in a rental as my car is in the shop for repairs so I selected my usual vehicle. Caused a bit of confusion, understandably so, but Heather made a comment that was unnecessary. “Totally wrong car” and walked off. I made a mistake as humans do. There’s nicer ways to let people know.“

“Have rarely had issues with the food but most of the time the employees are rude, I asked for grilled kiddie finger which is something that’s not on the menu as an item but can make it and manager has approved it every time I go there. The issue I run into is I ask for this item for my daughter and they tell me right away it can’t be made then I ask them to ask the manager and they give me an attitude as they raise their voice. I try to keep calm but they just push it too much. Wish it could be put on the menu so I don’t run everytime into the same issue since go to this place pretty regularly“

“I like this CFA, nice customer service, food is fresh but why do I have to pull up and wait on my food everytime I get here. It never fails. I order via the app because it's supposed to be a time saver but it's no saved time when I come here. Please do better.“

“The ambiance in there is super chill. And can totally be late night vibe for those who aren't looking for your eyes to burn. I personally love to sit and drink a strawberry Lemonade, eat tenders and fried cheese cake with strawberry sauce. It's the bomb.“

“It's nice to see upon the entry, the cleanliness of anywhere you may go to eat. I'm always impressed with this KFC, because of there dining area being spotless. The front dining area tells you alot about the food prep area, and when the front is so clean as here, rest assured the food area is as well. The sweet tea containers even are marked as to the time they are to be refilled. Many condiments that you may want are available without having.to ask. Buffet is temporarily closed due to Covid, but the drive thru service moves fast. They offer high chairs for children, and tables wiped clean and sanitized after use. The food is always fresh, very tasty, and hot. My favorite is the pot pies. Delicious... I also liked how the manager, Julie Ellis, had everyone working in unison and as a team which is rare for \"fast food\" establishments nowadays. For good chicken, and a clean environment, when you in the area, stop in.“
