“Went in after ordered 3 pizzas and paid for them for pick up. Lady behind bar was rude from moment I walked in. Stated that they didn't have an order for 3 pizzas. That they never had recieved an order for them or payment for them. I assured her that there was an order and payment had been made. she stated she would have to find the order because she is who takes the orders and there had not been on & proceeded to go back to serving people at bar. never once going to look for my order. 30 mins later still sitting here after asking her numerous times about my order & still has yet to go even attempt to find it. States its not her problem because there wasn't an order made. Finally got my order an hr later and it's wrong.... SMH and noone cares to fix it or anything“

“The buffalo chicken dip was good even with the stale chips. The pizza slice was repulsive. I don’t know what pizzas are getting 5 stars but Alcovy High School has y'all beat and those were pretty gross. However! Customer service was nice. I give this a 5/5 stars because I asked for a water to go and this dude with a pony tail came out and brought me my water… with… not a bird, not a plane, not a loogie, A LEMON!! THE LEMON OF LEGENDS! THE LEMON OF HEALTH. The nice squirt of a heavenly lemon juice into my water was just what I desired. More than the hug my father never gave me. Thanks for the lemon dude.“

“I ate there Saturday November 9th 2024 with my family. It was only my second time at this location and I have to say I'm so impressed with the way this location is ran. The service was amazing and everyone was so polite and on top of their game. I was able to interact with Abbie and she is the most amazing person I've ever met. You can tell she cares and loves what she does. The food was to die for, especially the Buffalo Chicken dip ?. We also tried the fall old fashioned and it was fabolous! We will definitely be back. “We ordered Marco’s for some comfort food. We had been really busy and needed a little pick me up. We ordered three pies, 20 wings, and a family style Greek Salad. The lady on the phone was kind. When the delivery driver arrived, Marco’s included brownies with a note saying, “Thank you for all you do!!” The nurses, EVS, and pharmacy all enjoyed the food. Thank you, Marco’s.“

“Young man with wrist brace and the delivery driver were EXTREMELY pleasant and impressive. Many customers were frustrated at high waiting times but the team moved efficiently and effectively and the food came out veryyyy good. Next time before you go out to order somewhere or eat somewhere consider the workers before you cause a scene. Escalating the situation doesn’t help them get things done :)“

“So I just came into your Covington store I had a replacement order unfortunately though my name was not in the book but Nick and customer rep Kristina were amazing after looking for my name and not finding it.. “As always, I go to a restaurant several times before I leave any kind of review so that I can see how different crews work as well as different hours of the day, including if it is busy, morning, afternoon, or evening rush. This way, I keep my reviews as accurate as possible and I have to say that this Little Caesars location always has the best service, the staff is friendly even when they deal with difficult customers, and they always seemed genuinely happy to see you and talk with you as you wait for your order. They make sure to communicate, the store is clean, and everything comes out accurate, hot, and tasting perfect and fresh. If your order has been waiting for too long, they always offer to make it fresh for you so that the quality of this location service doesn't suffer and it shows regard to the customer for being willing to go through the extra work to get a good product. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy this location's pizza and service! Awesome job everyone!“
