“It sits inside of a gas station, so the atmosphere is what it is. I think they can do better in wrapping the sandwiches. the last 3 times I've been her the person making the sandwiches half wrap them and they are falling apart by the time I get home. It's an easy fix.“

“This is the 2nd time I ordered online for pick up at this Subway & they charged my card twice plus they make it hard to get my money back. I call them. I visit them. I talk to my bank. At every turn I get the run around. The sandwich is good but stop double charging me. I want a refund immediately. My last resort is I will have to reach out to BBB or FTC.“

I called about my order and the person on the phone was like, "we don't have that order. some other store took your money then" thought this was gonna get hostile and then they said "ill make your sandwich right now" and made my sandwich without having to pay anything extra because the app took my money and I'm guessing glitched out. one of the workers came out to my car and gave me me sub. I said whatever and got the chicken and bacon ranch foot long in Italian herbs and cheese, which seems like that's the go to bread for black ppl. She missed out but I ate good“
