Jimmy John's on Eagles Landing is quick and convenient. I order from this location often and most times it's delivered by Dontae. Dontae is very pleasant and friendly. Food is delivered fast and with a smile on Dontae's face. Great food with great service. Thank you Jimmy John's.
When in about 8 PM for the very first time ever and just met nothing, but attitude was not crowded. One guy walked out when I walked in, and I was the only customer. Tried to tell him it was my first time ever. And ordered wheat looked like a regular sandwich instead of a sub Ask for extra on my wife's sub. And it was put onto my sandwich and not on hers so first experience was not the best, but I will try it again cause the food did taste pretty good. Thank you

Although there have been some issues with orders being mixed up, overall, Jimmy John's remains a good sandwich brand. The friendly and patient staff help new customers feel comfortable, and many find the food tastier than other options like Subway. Despite minor mistakes, the store is highly recommended for those seeking a delicious sandwich experience.
